GUITAR HELP

didnt know if this was the right thread but hrer goes... well i got my new guitar and i love it, but the strap nob is on the back of the guitar and the guitar neck is falling downwards, kinda anoying. any one else have this problem

i think he means its like an SG or something and the nob is on the back of the body which can cause the guitar to slide downward. if that makes any sense.

Im not 100% sure what you mean but i think maybe a strap with some suede (or anything that will grip) on the underside of the strap will sort your problem.

No, the problem is that that your guitar becomes very top heavy is the knob is on the back. That's why it keeps happening. Not really anything to do about it, just hold it up with one hand.

i say, don't use nylon straps.
use hemp or something.

i have the same problem with my guitars that this kat has
and it's just because some that are built nicely (like gibsons)
are always heavy up the neck and in the head
so they slip.
i've started using hemp straps and they work beautifully.
