Scarlet begonias (the cover) is sung by sublime...
"isn't often that I stand up to a challenge, but today I feel I'm fighting for my soul."
--------------------------------------------------------------
I feel a miracle in every breath that I breathe, won't let this miracle end in tragedy. I sense a miracle in all that I see, won't let this miracle slip away from me...

Nah Fenz you are thinking of back up vocals on Rivers of Babylon

According to the inside flap of 40 Oz. To Freedom, the other vocalists in the album are Eric (but he sings in Live At E's, so that's not him), Miguel Happoldt, Adam (I don't know his last name) and Jack Mannis.
It could be any one of those, but it's definetely NOT Bradley.
Life is one big question when you're staring at the clock.

Actually it sounds nothing like Brad that's where the question is..
It matches no other piece of his vocals.

I know its hard to believe but you might be wrong dude.

find some piece of evidence that its not him and we can try to help you.

but every version I've heard has him on vocals...unless of course you're listening to the grateful dead version.

I bet he is! Or one of these :
wikipedia on scarlet begonias wrote:A version of the song appears on the Sublime album 40 Oz. to Freedom released in 1992.[3]
Jimmy Buffett released a version of the song on his album License to Chill in 2004.[4]
A bluegrass version of the song appeared on the 2008 album Rex (Live at the Fillmore) by Keller Williams with Keith Moseley and Jeff Austin.[5]
It is still performed in concert by Dead spin-off bands Phil Lesh & Friends, Bob Weir & RatDog, BK3, Mickey Hart Band and Donna Jean Godchaux Band as well as The Dead, and Furthur.

a very wise former crack head once told me:

If someone tells you that you are a duck you can tell them to fuck off. If 2 or 3 people tell you that you are a duck you better start checking for feathers.. Moral of the story is that we are right and you are wrong. It just isnt the answer that you want to hear

if he's listening to the rewind selector then it has both sublime's version and the GD's version together
