speaking of area codes does everyone else have to use them? back in the day 301 854 5555 calling a 301 854 5551 wouldn't have to use an area code but now it's all 10 digits. it makes me sick

It all depends. You have to w/certain numbers. Like I can't call my school from my uncle's house b/c that's long distance but I myself can call pretty much anywhere around me b/c I have a Ft.Wayne number.

yeah but if you're calling next door who has the same area code do you have to use it or can you just dial the 7 digits?

Well I didn't know the area code so I just did mine and it was some girls cell phone. I'm jealous, I wish that was my number.

u get used to it.
massachusettes has been like that for a while, now.. and i don't mind.
when i got to places that don't need area codes, is where i kinds get meessed up now.

i love phone number changes, because in my trade,
it means more signage business.
