Stanley Cup Playoff Porter

Inspired by my hockey teammates during the NHL playoffs.

May 14, 1999

Ingredients:

• 6 lbs. Dark malt extract
• .5 lb. Crystal Malt 75`
• .5 lb. Chocolate Malt
• 1 oz. Willamette hops (boil)
• 1 oz Kent Goldings (finish)
• White Labs Irish Ale yeast

I was kind of drunk when I made this one and added the hops in the wrong order, tried to correct it but f***ed it up again!

Turned out o.k. though.  My hockey teammates all loved it.  I recommend following the recipe as indicated.  Ooooops!
