Samuel Smith's Winter Welcome (from Clone Brews)

Saturday, May 29, 1999

(will let this one age until December 99)

 

Ingredients:

·       6 lbs. Pale malt extract  

·     3 lbs. Pale malt (English Hugh Baird)

·       3/4 lb. Crystal malt 60`

·       1/2 lb. Crystal malt 20`

·       Goldings, Fuggles hops

·       White Labs yeast: Irish ale yeast

  Got this recipe from Clone Brews.  I'm letting this one age for six months. (a first for me)

The beer is still aging.  I've wanted to throw it in the refrigerator, but have been able to hold off.
