I'm excited to brew another imperial stout. This time we used whole leaf chinook hops instead of nugget hops. It smelled like tea when it was done boiling. I am anxious for this one to be ready. The last one was damn strong, almost too strong. I predict this one will be as strong, but with a more balanced flavor.
