Red Hook ESB

Ingredients:

• 4-5 lbs. Pale malt extract
• 3 lb. Dry malt extract
• .75 lb. Crystal Malt 60`
• 2 oz. Tettnanger hops (boil)
• .5 oz. Willamette hops (last 15)
• White Labs California Ale yeast

I got this recipe from Clone Brews.  It was pretty good, but didn't really taste like Red Hook as I know it.  This beer was surprisingly strong, almost too strong.  I won't do this one again.
