Mike's Pale Ale (my first self-created recipe)

Ingredients:

• 6 lbs. Pale malt extract
• 1 lb. Crystal Malt 15`
• .25 lb. Carapils (Dextrin Malt)
• .25 lb. Crystal Malt 35`
• .5 lb. Crystal Malt 100`
• 2 oz. Chinook (boil)
• .5 oz. Cascade (30 minutes)
• .5 oz. Cascade (15 minutes)
• Irish moss (15 minutes)
• 1 oz. Cascade (dry hop) 
• White Labs California Ale yeast

This beer turned out differently than I expected.  It was bitter from the hops and sweet from the grains.  I would do it again but try Mt. Hood hops, or Centennial hops at the end.
