Ingredients

• 6+ lbs. pale malt extract
• 5+ lbs. sage honey
• 1/2 lb. crystal malt 75`
• 1/2 lb. chocolate malt
• 1/4 lb. brown malt
• 1/4 lb. black patent malt
• 2 oz. willamette hops (boil)
• 1 oz. crystal hops (last 2 minutes)
• California Ale yeast

Timeline:

This is a sort of mead.  Roy said he was going to use five pounds of honey, five pounds of extract.... but he kept pouring.
