Ingredients
- 6+ lbs. pale malt extract
- 5+ lbs. sage honey
- 1/2 lb. crystal malt 75`
- 1/2 lb. chocolate malt
- 1/4 lb. brown malt
- 1/4 lb. black patent malt
- 2 oz. willamette hops (boil)
- 1 oz. crystal hops (last 2 minutes)
- California Ale yeast
Timeline:
This is a sort of mead. Roy said he
was going to use five pounds of honey, five pounds of extract.... but he kept
pouring.
