Honey Pale Ale

Ingredients
- 6 lbs. pale malt extract
- 1 lb. English pale malt
- 1 lb. crystal malt 35`
- 1/2 lb. crystal 100`
- 1 lb. Organic honey
- 1 oz. Galena hops (boil)
- 1 oz. Cascade hops (last 8 minutes)
- 1 oz. Cascade hops (last 2 minutes)
- Irish moss (last 25 minutes)
- California Ale yeast
Timeline:
During the boil, this beer smells like
tea. I am curious to find out how the galena hops affect the taste.
I could smell the honey right before we pitched the yeast. This should
turn out to be a fantastic beer.
