Dry Stout (extra hops) 

This beer has too much hops in it.  It was an attempt to create something similar to Sierra Nevada stout but was not quite what we expected.  It was drinkable and tasted better towards the end of the keg. Oh well. Try again.

Ingredients:

• 6 lbs. Pale malt extract  

• 1/2 lb. Roasted Barley

• 1/4 lb. Chocolate malt

• 1/2 lb. Black Patent malt

• 1/2  oz. Perle (boil)

• 1 1/2 oz. Willamette hops (boil)

• 1/4 oz. Cascade hops (last 6 minutes)

• 1/8 oz. Cascade hops (last 1 minute)

• 1 oz. Cascade hops (dry hop)

• White Labs yeast: Irish Ale Yeast
