Chico Gold (for Davester)

Ingredients

• 8 lbs. pale malt extract
• 1 lb. crystal malt 15`
• 1/4 crystal malt 75`
• 1 oz. Perle hops (boil)
• 1 oz. Cascade hops (last 8 minutes)
• 1 oz. Cascade hops (last 2 minutes)
• 1 oz. Cascade hops (dry)
• Irish moss (last 15 minutes)
• California Ale yeast

Timeline:

This is a batch I'm making for my brother Dave's birthday.  He picked Chico Gold as his favorite homebrew.  I can't blame him, I've done this one more than any other one.  We used whole-leaf Cascade hops this time.
