Celebration Ale (Sierra Nevada)

I got this one from Wind River Brewer Will Holway

Ingredients:

• 6 lbs. Pale malt extract 

• 1 lb. English Pale malt

• 1/2 lb. Carapils malt

• 1/2 lb. Munich 20` malt

• 1 lb. English Crystal malt 70`

• 2 oz. Nugget (boil)

• 2 oz. Cascade hops (finish)  

• 1 oz. Centennial (dry hop)

• 1 oz. Cascade (dry hop)

• White Labs yeast: California Ale Yeast

I made this one for a party.  

The party people loved it, I loved it.  

I would recommend this recipe to those who love Sierra Nevada's winter brew.
