Bert Grant's Imperial Stout

Ingredients:

• 6 lbs. Pale malt extract
• 3 lb. Dry pale malt extract
• 1 lb. Crystal Malt 120`
• .75 lb. Black Patent Malt
• .25 lb. Organic honey
• 2 oz. Galena hops (boil)
• .5 oz. Cascade hops (last 15)
• .5 oz. Kent Goldings (dry hop)
• .5 oz. Cascade (dry hop)
• White Labs California Ale yeast

This beer is strong and bitter.  Let age at least one month before serving.  I waited two weeks and it was good, but got better as the keg emptied.
