Ingredients:
- 6 lbs. Pale malt extract
- 3 lb. Dry pale malt extract
- 1 lb. Crystal Malt 120`
- .75 lb. Black Patent Malt
- .25 lb. Organic honey
- 2 oz. Galena hops (boil)
- .5 oz. Cascade hops (last 15)
- .5 oz. Kent Goldings (dry hop)
- .5 oz. Cascade (dry hop)
- White Labs California Ale yeast
This beer is strong and bitter. Let
age at least one month before serving. I waited two weeks and it was good,
but got better as the keg emptied.
